Work-life balance
At BMJ Group, we prioritise work-life balance. Our hybrid model allows employees to work from BMJ Group offices as well as remotely.
Flexible work
We trust our colleagues to produce great work. To help them balance work and their other priorities, they have the flexibility to start and finish their work day within the core hours of 10am and 4pm. They can also work longer hours on certain days and take half a day off per week or a full day off per fortnight without using annual leave.
Hybrid working
Our employees decide on the frequency of home working within their teams; most typically work from home around 70% of the time. We believe in building relationships and social interaction, so our teams find opportunities to meet in person for collaboration, networking, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
Annual leave
In addition to 25 days of annual leave, we offer a wellbeing day off, a day off for your birthday, and three flexible bank holidays that can be taken at any other time of the year.
