Australia user feedback survey incentive terms and conditions

  1. The promoter of this incentive is BMJ Publishing Group Limited of BMJ Group, 5th floor, 90 Whitfield St, London W1T 4EZ (BMJ Group).
  2. How to enter the BMJ Best Practice – Australia user feedback survey incentive: To complete the survey you must provide all the requested information about yourself and your experiences using BMJ Group resources as set out in the survey. The results of this survey are anonymous and may be used by BMJ Group for marketing purposes and to aid improvement of BMJ Best Practice.
  3. The incentive: BMJ Group will donate $20.00 (twenty Australian dollars) to Royal Flying Doctor Service for every BMJ Best Practice – Australia user feedback survey successfully completed and submitted to BMJ Group (a submission). The total donation made by BMJ Group under this incentive shall be limited to a maximum of $2,000 only representing 100 submissions. The competition will be closed when the maximum limit of $2,000, representing 100 submissions, is reached or after Friday, 26 September 2025. No cash alternative shall be provided. The incentive is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
  4. Terms: By entering the above link to the BMJ Best Practice—Australian user feedback survey, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (terms).
  5. How to enter: The incentive will run from 09:00 hours on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 until 23:59 hours on Friday, 26 September 2025 when the BMJ Best Practice – Australia user feedback survey will close (closing date). To trigger the incentive, you must complete and submit the BMJ Best Practice – Australia user feedback survey by no later than the closing date. All submissions received after the closing date are automatically disqualified from the incentive. There is no charge to enter a submission.
  6. Eligibility: The incentive is available to all healthcare professionals at institutions in Australia that subscribe to BMJ Best Practice. The incentive is limited to one submission per person. Submissions made on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not permitted. Employees of BMJ Group and members of their immediate families or households are not permitted to enter. In entering the incentive, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. BMJ Group reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the incentive or harmful to BMJ Group’s reputation.
  7. Announcement: The total donations made by BMJ Group under this incentive will be posted on The BMJ Best Practice LinkedIn and Facebook pages for one week following the closing date, after Friday, 26 September 2025.
  8. Limitation of BMJ Group’s liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMJ Group will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any respondent or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of completing a submission, except where it is caused by the negligence of BMJ Group. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. Data protection: Any personal data provided by you in connection with a submission shall be held and used in accordance with BMJ Group’s Privacy Policy.
  10. General: BMJ Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the incentive where there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms. BMJ Group reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
